Is an executive coach, author, and leadership catalyst with a passion for helping others unlock their potential through reflection, resilience, and responsible action.

Drawing from a background in sociology and certifications in Sherpa Coaching and Marshall Goldsmith’s Stakeholder Centered Coaching methodology, Ken supports leaders around the world as they navigate complexity and change.

His debut book, Everyday Leadership, is a deeply personal reflection on the moments—both ordinary and extraordinary—that shape our impact and influence.

Ken’s work is rooted in his own journey: one that began in Trinidad and has expanded into international coaching, corporate consulting, and community mentorship. He believes leadership doesn’t require a title—it requires intention.

Through keynote talks, workshops, and one-on-one coaching, Ken helps leaders explore who they are, how they lead, and how they can elevate others in the process.

Whether he’s speaking to executives or emerging change-makers, Ken delivers with warmth, insight, and a commitment to real-world application.
